About your trip
The University of Iowa, in partnership with the Iowa City Area Sports Commission, will welcome the professional exhibition baseball team Savannah Bananas on July 3, 2026, at Kinnick Stadium. Game will start at 7 p.m.
The Savannah Bananas have their own version of baseball called Banana Ball, which includes on-field antics like choreographed dances, crazy rules, trick plays, fun props and constant crowd interaction to keep fans engaged.
Itinerary Fri July 3 7:00 Game Time Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
Trip host will check you in.
2:45 pm Bus arrives at Wal-Mart –4200 Dodge Street, Dubuque
3:00 pm Bus departs Wal-Mart in Dubuque
3:50 pm Bus picks up passengers from Anamosa Wal-Mart
NO stops on way.
Pre-Game activities start 2 hours before game time.
7:00pm Game Time
Bus leaves 30 minutes after the event and fireworks.
No Stop on way home.

If the event is cancelled, refunds will be given in the form of credit towards a future trip via gift card. No cash refunds will be given.
Tickets may be transferred to someone else, however a $15 fee applies to each order transferred. Contact Midwest Bus Trips at 563-513-7523 with any name changes.

Snacks & coolers are welcome on the trip. Coolers must fit within your seating area. No coolers in aisles. Large coolers can be stored under the bus & accessed at stops. Must be 21 to consume alcohol.
