Trips Go Rain or Shine
All Midwest Bus Trips operate rain or shine unless the event is cancelled by the venue or Midwest Bus Trips determines that travel cannot safely proceed.

All Sales Are Final -- NO REFUNDS
All trip purchases are final. Deposits are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation by Venue
If the event is officially cancelled by the venue, you will receive a full refund for your purchase.

Trip Cancellation — Minimum Passenger Requirement
Midwest Bus Trips reserves the right to cancel a trip if a minimum of 30 passengers is not reached. If Midwest Bus Trips cancels a trip because the minimum of 30 passengers has not been met, you will receive a full refund for your purchase. You will be noticed of cancellation a minimum of 2 weeks prior to departure.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets and reservations may be transferred to another person. If you need to change the name on a reservation, please contact Midwest Bus Trips at 563-513-7523.
